1. Acceptance

By using laquest.net you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services and platforms

Descriptions of our practices, capabilities and platforms on this site are for information. The delivery, support and operation of any service or platform, including service levels, are governed solely by the written agreement between LaQuest and the customer institution.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or any connected system.
• Do not use the site to send unsolicited communications or to upload malicious content.
• Do not copy, scrape or reproduce substantial parts of the site without permission.

4. Intellectual property

The site, its content and the LaQuest name and marks are owned by LaQuest or its licensors. Partner names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify our partnerships.

5. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party sites and uses third-party services such as forms, booking and analytics. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices; LaQuest is not responsible for third-party content.

6. No warranty

The site and its content are provided as is. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that the site is error-free, uninterrupted or that its content is complete or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LaQuest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of Taguig City, Metro Manila have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. This does not remove any protection given to you by the mandatory consumer or data protection law of the country you live in, and it does not affect the governing law of any separate agreement signed with a LaQuest entity in India or the United States.
