Every phase, from contract to go-live, has an owner.
Our method puts an owner, a deliverable and a sign-off on every phase, so equipment from many vendors goes live and behaves like one estate.
From signed contract to go-live.
Multi-vendor security systems succeed or fail at the integration points. This method makes each one visible, tested and owned.
- 01
Discovery & Assessment
Site surveys, stakeholder interviews and an inventory of the systems already in place, so the design starts from the estate you actually have.
- 02
Design
Architecture, integration points, bill of materials and acceptance criteria agreed in writing before anything is installed.
- 03
Integration & Configuration
Video, access control, compute and applications configured and connected, with interoperability between vendors engineered and documented.
- 04
Testing
Factory acceptance testing (FAT) before shipment where applicable, site acceptance testing (SAT) after installation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) against the agreed criteria.
- 05
Deployment
Rollout in planned stages, with cut-over windows that keep operations running.
- 06
Handover & Training
As-built documentation, administrator and operator training, and a formal handover sign-off.
- 07
Hypercare
A period of heightened support right after go-live, under the agreed hypercare plan, before moving to steady-state support.
