Who we build with, and what each partnership covers.
Each partnership is held by the LaQuest practice that designs, deploys and runs the platform. Partners supply the platforms. LaQuest integrates them into a working environment and supports it.
Partners build the platforms. We integrate them on your site.
A platform is only as good as the estate it lands in. LaQuest sizes it for the site, integrates it with what you already run, trains the people who will use it, and stays accountable for it in daily operation.

The infrastructure under the systems we build.

Self-service kiosks, with the AI running at the edge.
LaQuest builds self-service kiosks for public service, healthcare and retail, and runs them on Dell edge hardware with Intel processors. Vision, speech and language AI run on the kiosk itself, so people are served quickly even where the network is weak, and every kiosk in the fleet can be monitored and recovered remotely. We prove the kiosk at one site, then repeat it site after site.
- Intel processors with vPro for remote manageability
- OpenVINO for AI inference on the device
- Vision, OCR, face authentication, speech and language models
- Fleet monitoring, maintenance and recovery without a site visit
- Kiosk applications for citizen service, patient check-in, self-ordering and ticketing
- Multilingual, conversational service at the kiosk
- Proof of concept, pilot and rollout, with success measures agreed before each stage
- Delivery, support and fleet operation
- Dell edge hardware as the deployment baseline
- Kiosk services connected to LaQuest-built applications and Zoho
- Training for the teams who run the kiosks
