NLP communicates with local librarians, independent authors and international organisations such as UNESCO, and needed a standardised official email system so recipients can trust its messages.
In partnership with LaQuest, NLP implemented Google Workspace for its official @nlp.gov.ph accounts, chosen for its user-friendly design and alignment with modern government and global security standards.
More credible communications, support for data governance requirements and cloud collaboration, with NLP now using a hybrid cloud storage approach on the Google platform.
